Introducing the
Crusader Deposit Promise
Every new Crusader Caravan order placed from 1st August 2026 is now backed by the Crusader Deposit Promise*, protecting up to 10% of your total order value once your dealer has registered your deposit with us.
It’s another way Australia’s most awarded caravan manufacturer** gives you complete confidence when ordering your new caravan.
What does this mean?
In the unlikely event that the authorised Crusader dealer you placed your order with is unable to fulfil it, we’ll transfer your order to another authorised Crusader dealer.
Even though the deposits are held by the individual dealerships, Crusader Caravans Manufacturing will step in to look after you.
Your place in the Crusader production schedule remains secure, and we’ll honour up to 10% of your total order value toward your build.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When does the Crusader Deposit Promise apply?
The Crusader Deposit Promise applies to all new Crusader Caravan orders placed with an authorised Crusader dealer from 1st August 2026.
In the unlikely event that your dealer is unable to fulfil your order in accordance with our program terms (see full terms here), Crusader will proactively contact any affected customers to implement the benefits of the program in accordance with the program terms.
Does the Crusader Deposit Promise apply to caravans already in stock?
The Crusader Deposit Promise applies only to new Crusader Caravan factory orders placed with an authorised Crusader dealer from 1st August 2026.
It does not apply to:
- Existing stock caravans held by authorised Crusader dealers
- Pre-owned or second-hand Crusader Caravans
- Crusader Caravans purchased through unauthorised dealers
- Crusader Caravans purchased prior to 1st August 2026
Is there an additional cost for the Crusader Deposit Promise?
No. The Crusader Deposit Promise is provided at no additional cost and comes standard with every eligible new Crusader Caravan order.
WHAT IS THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA?
- New Crusader Caravans purchased from 1 August 2026 onwards from authorised dealers.
- Registered with an authorised Crusader Caravans dealer. Your dealer must register your deposit with Crusader Caravans Manufacturing.

Does the Crusader Deposit Promise also apply to Dreamhaven Caravans?
Yes. The Crusader Deposit Promise also applies to all eligible new Dreamhaven Caravan orders placed through authorised Crusader dealers from 1st August 2026.
