This elite certification, awarded by Caravan Industry Victoria (CIV) requires caravan manufacturers to undergo a rigorous qualification process, including comprehensive independent assessments against strict industry standards.. These evaluations cover key areas including financial stability, advanced quality control, product excellence, exceptional customer service and warranty practices. Crusader Caravans met every criterion with distinction, passing all assessments with flying colours.

CIA Accredited

Crusader Caravans is an accredited RVMAP Manufacturer, as awarded by the CIA (Caravan Industry Association of Australia). This means we adhere to all applicable Australian Design Rules and Federal Compliance Regulations. Not all manufacturers are compliant! Look for the RVMAP accreditation key.
