WIN HALF A CRUSADER CARAVAN!*

1. Promoter

The Promoter is CCMSM Manufacturing Pty Ltd (Crusader Caravans) ACN  611 555 401 (“Promoter” or “Crusader”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 7 August 2026 and closes at the earlier of:

• 11:59pm AEST on 30 September 2026; or
• the date on which all eligible MY25 Crusader Caravan stock held by authorised Crusader dealers has been sold,

whichever occurs first (“Promotion Period”).

Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligible Caravans

This promotion applies only to new, in-stock MY25 Crusader Caravans purchased from an authorised Crusader dealer during the Promotion Period.

4. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who:

• purchase an eligible MY25 Crusader Caravan during the Promotion Period;
• complete settlement of the purchase;
• submit a valid entry in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The following purchases are not eligible:

• MY24 or earlier models;
• MY26 or later models;
• demonstrator, used or ex-rental caravans;
• caravans purchased through a seller other than an authorised Crusader dealer.

Only one (1) entry is permitted per each eligible caravan purchased. Multiple entries per caravan will not be accepted. The first entry received for each eligible caravan will be treated as the final entry for that caravan. 

5. How to Enter

To enter, eligible purchasers must:

1. Purchase an eligible MY25 Crusader Caravan.
2. Complete settlement on the caravan purchase and take delivery of it.
3. Complete the official online entry form.
4. Upload a copy of their purchase or settlement documentation signed by an official Crusader dealership.
5. Answer the following question in 25 words or fewer:

“Tell us why you chose to buy a Crusader Caravan.”

Incomplete, illegible or misleading entries may be deemed invalid.

6. Judging

This is a game testing creative and presentational skills. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. 

The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Prize

There will be one (1) winner.

The winner will receive a cash refund equal to fifty per cent (50%) of the purchase price paid for their eligible Crusader Caravan, up to a maximum prize value of AUD $50,000.

The purchase price is the amount shown on the eligible sales contract and excludes:

• registration;
• stamp duty;
• insurance;
• finance interest;
• finance establishment fees;
• servicing;
• maintenance;
• fuel;
• towing equipment;
• extended warranties; and
• accessories purchased separately from the original sales contract.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for any other benefit.

8. Finance Purchases

Customers who finance their caravan remain eligible.

Where the caravan is subject to a finance agreement, the Promoter may, at its discretion:

• pay the prize directly to the finance provider to reduce the outstanding balance; or
• pay the winner after receiving confirmation from the finance provider that payment may be made directly to the winner.

9. Ownership Requirement

To remain eligible, entrants must:

• remain the registered owner of the eligible caravan until the winner is announced;
• not cancel the purchase;
• not rescind the purchase contract; and
• not transfer ownership before judging.

Cancelled purchases or transfers of ownership before judging will render the entry invalid.

10. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by telephone and email within five (5) business days of judging.

The winner’s first name, surname initial and State or Territory may be published on Crusader’s website and social media channels.

If the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts within fourteen (14) days, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select a replacement winner.

11. Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify any entrant’s:

• identity;
• age;
• residency;
• proof of purchase;
• proof of settlement;
• proof of delivery; and
• compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter may require original documentation before awarding the prize.

Any false, misleading or fraudulent information may result in disqualification.

12. Publicity

As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities requested by the Promoter, including photography, filming, interviews and social media content, without additional compensation.

13. Use of Entries

By entering this promotion, entrants grant the Promoter a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish and communicate their written entry, together with any associated photographs, video or other promotional material created in connection with the promotion, for marketing, advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.

Where practical, Crusader will identify entrants by first name and State or Territory only unless additional consent has been obtained.

14. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used for:

• administering this promotion;
• verifying eligibility;
• contacting entrants;
• awarding the prize;
• sending marketing communications where the entrant has opted in; and
• any other purpose permitted under the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

15. Promoter’s Rights

The Promoter reserves the right to:

• verify the validity of any entry;
• refuse any entry that is incomplete, misleading or fraudulent;
• disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process;
• amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary and permitted by law; and
• suspend, modify or cancel the promotion where circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control prevent the promotion from proceeding.

16. Liability

Except where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

• technical failures related to the submission of entries;
• lost, delayed or corrupted entries;
• incorrect or incomplete information supplied by entrants;
• unauthorised access to entries; or
• events beyond its reasonable control affecting the conduct of the promotion.

17. General

The Promoter will determine, acting reasonably, when all eligible MY25 Crusader Caravan stock has been sold for the purposes of determining the closing date of the promotion.

18. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions will be construed in accordance with the laws in force in the State of Victoria
