AN UPDATE ON THE USE OF SWIFT 500 SERIES GAS COOKTOPS AND OVENS

This update supersedes earlier communications on this subject

The Swift Appliance Group and a number of state authorities are currently investigating a serious incident involving Swift 500 series cooktops and ovens.

Investigations are ongoing to determine the exact cause of the failure and which cooktops/ovens may be affected.

Dimensions and weights

Weights are approximate only and can vary between individual caravans.
Indicative lengths and weights are for standard configuration, any additional options or variations will increase weights.
Floor length is the external total length of the caravan’s floor. Total length is the external total length of the caravan, from the coupling to the back of the spare wheel. Overall width is measured externally, including protruding fixtures.
The Compliance Plate specifies the accurate weight for each respective caravan.
Alterations to designated Aggregate Trailer Mass (ATM) may be requested at the time of order provided it does not exceed the legal maximum and is subject to the final tare weight.
