Every Crusader caravan comes with:

• 2-Year Factory-Backed National Warranty: Covering non-structural parts of your caravan against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
• 5-Year Structural Warranty: Providing long-term protection for the caravan’s chassis, floor, walls roof and cabinetry.

Rigorous Quality Control: Each Crusader caravan undergoes meticulous quality checks to ensure a reliable and enjoyable experience. However, if an issue arises, our factory warranty and extensive dealer network are here to assist.

Crusader’s Commitment: Crusader Caravans is responsible for:

• Building the caravan and cabinetry.
• Ensuring correct installation of electrical, plumbing, and gas systems.

Supplier-Warranted Components: To ensure comprehensive coverage, we partner with suppliers who offer their own warranties for major components like chassis, walls, floors, roofs, suspensions, appliances, televisions, and refrigerators. These suppliers are experts in their respective fields, providing specialised warranties. Crusader Caravans installs these components according to the manufacturers’ specifications.

Warranty Coverage and Claims: Your warranty begins on the day you take delivery of your new caravan. For warranty repairs approved by Crusader Caravans and performed by an authorised repairer, there’s no additional cost to you.

Only repairs approved by Crusader and performed by authorised repairers are covered under our warranty.

To expedite the warranty process, please contact your selling dealer. They will assist you in submitting a warranty claim.

Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. To maintain your caravan’s warranty, please use it as intended and follow the recommended service schedule.
