Manufacturer Statement: Sudden Closure of Everything RV – Crusader Caravan Dealer
Melbourne, 23 August 2025 — We are saddened to confirm that one of our authorised caravan dealers Everything RV has suddenly and regretfully closed its doors effective today. We understand this news is unsettling, and we are deeply sorry for the disruption and worry this may cause.
Our foremost priority is our customers. We at Crusader are taking immediate steps to ensure that every existing customer order is honoured and that all servicing and warranty needs are promptly supported by us and our national network.

Everything RV – Customer FAQ’s
(for Crusader Caravans customers only)
Please note this information relates to Crusader Caravans only. If you have purchased another brand of caravan through Everything RV, please contact the respective brand directly.
We’re sorry this situation with Everything RV has arisen. Regardless of the circumstances, we stand behind all Crusader Caravans customers. It is our highest priority to do all things possible within our power to honour your Crusader Caravans order, keep you informed, and ensure you receive service and warranty support for your Crusader Caravan without interruption.
GENERAL MATTERS
1). Why have Everything RV ceased trading?
Everything RV sold and supported a number of different brands of caravans including Crusader Caravans. It is important to note Everything RV were a separately run business that is independently owned and managed. As such, our knowledge of why this occurred is very limited. Our focus is on assisting any Crusader Caravan customers who may be impacted by the closure of Everything RV.
2) What will happen to Everything RV now?
Everything RV has ceased trading and is subject to external administration (liquidation/administration/ receiver). An appointed insolvency practitioner (liquidator/administrator/receiver) will control all company matters. We will share verified updated when they are formally available.
3) How are affected customers being informed?
Crusader Caravans head office is in the midst of personally calling all customers who have placed an order for a new Crusader Caravan with Everything RV. Every individual case is different, so we are taking a personalised approach by directly reaching out to those customers most impacted by the closure of Everything RV.
SALES RELATED MATTERS
4). I have placed an order for a new Crusader Caravan with Everything RV and are awaiting its delivery, will I still get my new Crusader Caravan?
Yes—our intent is that you will still receive your new Crusader Caravan. The practical path depends on the insolvency process and the status of your build. We will work to novate/transfer your order to a new Crusader dealership and confirm timing. Where a re-contract is required, we’ll explain the steps clearly. All affected customers will be contacted directly and offered options.
5) I purchased a Crusader Caravan from Everything RV, is my contract still valid?
If you signed a contract for a new Crusader Caravan with Everything RV, your existing contract is with Everything RV. Because that entity is in external administration, you will likely need to enter a new sales contract with your newly allocated Crusader dealership.
6) Will I be offered the same price/offer I had with Everything RV?
We’ll review your paperwork case-by-case. Some items (e.g., dealer-funded discounts, extras, or promotions) may not be replicable. Our commitment is to act fairly and transparently and to provide the best available outcome through your new dealership.
7). I paid a deposit for a new Crusader Caravan with Everything RV, where is that deposit now?
Crusader Caravans does not receive customer deposits paid to dealers.
- If your deposit was paid to Everything RV, those funds are part of the insolvent estate. You may need to lodge a proof of debt with the insolvency practitioner.
- If you paid by credit card, speak to your card issuer about a potential chargeback.
- Crusader does not receive customer deposits paid to dealers and cannot release those funds.
Nevertheless we will work through your situation together on a case by case basis.
8) I ordered my Crusader through Everything RV and my finance was arranged there. What should I do now?
- Finance approvals are usually independent of the dealer. We will supply all affected customers with the name of an alternative authorised Crusader dealer. Please contact your lender to confirm your approval remains valid in the event of a change to the authorised Crusader dealer you are liaising with.
- Do not cancel your approval unless your lender advises otherwise.
- Keep copies of your order form, deposit receipt, finance approval, and all correspondence.
- Crusader will contact you to confirm next steps and allocate a new selling/hand-over Crusader Caravans dealer.
9) I have traded in my caravan, and it is currently at the dealership. Can I collect it?
At this time, we are awaiting further information regarding the status of the dealership, including any potential liquidation or administration processes. We will update you as soon as more details become available.
WARRANTY/REPAIR RELATED MATTERS
10) Who will be my authorised Crusader Caravans dealer moving forward?
We will work with you to identify the most suitable authorised Crusader Caravans dealer. This authorised dealer will be responsible for all your Crusader Caravans sales and support related matters. All affected customers will be contacted and introduced to their new authorised Crusader Caravans dealer.
11) Our Crusader Caravan is scheduled for warranty work—what happens next?
If you purchased your Crusader Caravan from Everything RV and have already scheduled warranty-related work with Everything RV, please contact any of our authorised Crusader Caravans dealers (see Find a Dealer) or reach out directly to:

12) We lodged a Crusader Caravans warranty claim with Everything RV and are awaiting a resolution. What happens now?
Crusader Caravans will directly contact you to help arrange the transfer of any previously lodged warranty related claims to an authorised Crusader Caravans dealer. There is no need to re submit your claim; we’ll carry your claim details across.
13) Who provides the warranty on my Crusader Caravan?
The manufacturer’s warranty is provided by Crusader Caravans and remains in place. Any separate dealer-provided or statutory warranties are a matter for the insolvent dealer’s estate; however, Crusader will continue to support you under the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
14) Who can I go to for service and warranty now that Everything RV is closed?
You can use any authorised Crusader dealership or an approved local repairer we nominate. We’ll help you choose the most convenient option and ensure they have your job history and approvals.
